"The global mission of Priests for Life is to foster a springtime of hope for the whole human family by assisting all of God's people, in proclaiming, celebrating, and serving the Gospel of Life. " To carry out that mission "Priests for Life provides assistance not only to priests, but to everyone who is interested in advancing the cause of the protection of human life."
The Priests for Life family of ministries includes:
- Priests for Life (direct ministry to priests)
- Deacons for Life

- Missionaries of the Gospel of Life (pro-life spirituality for clergy and laity)
- Rachel's Vineyard - the worlds largest ministry for healing after abortion.
- Silent No More Awareness Campaign - the world's largest mobilization of men and women who have lost a child to abortion, have experienced healing, and now want to share their testimony.
- African-American Outreach under the leadership of Dr. Alveda King, niece of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
- Hispanic Outreach with Fr. Victor Salomón, Director of Hispanic Outreach for Priests for Life.
